Orders

Information is requested from the user as part of a sales order, membership, or registration. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, email and phone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, cv2). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill user's order. If Jenkins has trouble processing an order, this contact information maybe used to get in touch with the user. Processing Policies

All orders shall be processed within 5 business days. You may change your order within this time frame without a change fee. Changes requested within 6-10 days from order placement will incur a $25 change fee. No changes are allowed after 10 business days from placement of this order.

Refund / Return Policies

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we are not able to process refunds or returns on personalized products. Jenkins is not responsible for errors in spelling. Any refunds will be provided as a credit to the card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt with full explanation.
