• How can I contact you?

• Can I get my old ring repaired?
• Yes. Please ship your ring to the repair address listed on this website along with instructions, a return shipping address, daytime phone number and return shipping and handle (see further down for S&H information). If repairs can be made and if any charges apply we will contact you.
• How much will my ring a repair cost or is it covered under warranty?
• We need to evaluate your ring in order to determine if charges are applicable. See your limited lifetime warranty information. Normal wear and tear, diamonds and junior high school spirit rings for example are not covered under the warranty. If your ring can be repaired under warranty guidelines we will be more than happy to repair free of charge.
• How long will my repairs take?
• Repairs typically take 2-3 weeks; sometimes less. Remaking your ring if necessary will generally take 4 to 6 weeks.
• My diamond is missing. Can I get it replaced?
• Yes, but diamonds are not covered under warranty. We will contact you with any applicable charges.
• Should I send my ring in the original ring box?
• No, please keep your ring box as we cannot guarantee you will get the same ring box back. Please package your ring carefully in a padded envelope or box to ensure it is not damaged during the shipping process (please do not ship in a regular business envelope).
• How should I care for my ring?
• The natural qualities of gold and silver allow them to tarnish. However, you can remove tarnish easily with any good silver polish. After applying the polish with a soft cloth, clean your ring in a mild soapy solution. Then rinse the ring in clear water and dry. Chemicals can discolor your ring. Some, like mercury, chlorine or household chemicals, can cause permanent damage. Your ring can also be damaged in any form of heavy manual labor.To protect your ring, remove it whenever doing heavy work, whenever exposed to chemicals, while working on or near heavy machinery, or when working with power tools. Since temperature and exercise affect finger size, wear your ring for at least two weeks before considering any size adjustment.
• How can I find my ring size?
• We recommend that you have your finger professionally sized by a jeweler. We can also send you a plastic ring sizing kit upon request.
• Can I have my ring resized?
• Your ring was made to your specifications, for daily wear. Changes in weather and physical activity affect your finger size, so wear it for a while before considering any changes in ring size. If you still feel you require a different size, we will be happy to resize your ring.
• What is the Warranty?
• Jenkins guarantees your ring to be free from defects in workmanship or materials, and any such defects discovered upon delivery will be remedied at no charge.

• How do I get a price quote for your rings?
• Please call for pricing if not found on the website. Pricing is based on the complexity of the design and the material you select.
• Is 10K more durable than 14K or 18K and what do most people order?
• 18K is 75% pure and is the European standard. In the US, 14K (58% pure) is the most popular choice. However, 10K (42% pure) is an affordable and beautiful alternative. 10K gold is the lowest concentration of gold that can be trademarked in the US.White gold is the same quality of 10K, 14K, or 18K yellow gold, however the material color is white. 10K is harder than 14K or 18K and most people order 10K because of both price and durability.
• What is an alloy?
• An alloy is a base material that is combined with gold, silver or zinc to provide hardness, color and workable features.
• What is an Antique Finish?
• A darker background that adds highlights to capture the ring's detail.
• What is a Natural Finish?
• This is when the ring has an all-gold appearance without a dark background or finish.
• What is Duralite?
• Duralite is comparable to a fine jeweler's nonprecious material. It polishes to a brilliant silver luster and is known for its strength, resistance to chemical reaction and ease of maintenance.
• What is your cancellation policy?
• Please review your order carefully. Your custom class ring will be manufactured according to the specifications of your order. The customer will be responsible for change and/or remake fee(s) after three business days from the order date. Cancellation after three business days from order date will result in deposit forfeiture.
• Why can't I have more letters of personalization on the side of my ring?
• Our products have been designed to provide the most attractive look possible. The letter limit ensures that your ring will look its best.
• How can Jenkins sell class rings for so much less than the other ring companies?
• When you buy from Jenkins you are buying direct from the manufacturer. There are no middle man mark ups, no sales representatives, and no 3rd party jewelry stores.
• What is your delivery time?
• 6-8 weeks if we do not have to custom make tooling.
• Is shipping included in the price of the ring?
• No. Shipping is based on weight and value of the product.
• Can I get a specially designed ring?
• That can be done but tooling charges will apply. Contact us for a quote.

• Can I put two branches of service on one ring?
• Yes.
• Why can't I order the Legacy and Heritage style rings online?
• We offer hundreds of spell-out options, occupational specialties, ribbons and sides. We also offer custom tooling for unit badges. You can send in your badge and we can design a ring side for you! For the sake of simplicity of ordering for our customers, we prefer to work with you to make your unique commemorative military ring.Please contact us for your custom order.

Championship

• Can I buy a duplicate of college and professional rings?
• No. These are exclusive designs and trademarks owned by the individual Schools, Conference or Professional teams and Leagues. These cannot be duplicated.
• Can I buy a Championship Ring online?
• No. The complexity of the design, tooling, and trademark process prohibits the rings from being available online. You will need to contact us for further instructions.
• I would like to design a Championship Ring for my winning team. How do I get started?
